JEEV is devoted to the welfare of animals, striving to improve their lives by fulfilling their basic needs which they may struggle to meet independently. This encompasses providing essentials like beds for peaceful rest, dog collars for identification, toys for enrichment, and carts for mobility. However, our mission extends beyond material support. We passionately educate communities on compassionate and animal-friendly behavior, fostering empathy towards those unable to vocalize their emotions. This holistic approach marks just the beginning of our remarkable journey, dedicated to enhancing the well-being of all creatures in need.
What We Deliver
- Conducted 600+ animal rescues from various parts of Pan Ghaziabad and the surrounding regions, including urban and rural areas.
- Responded to last year’s flood in Khandra village, collaborating with NDRF and several NGOs to rescue over 100 animals trapped in flood-affected areas.
- Engaged in ongoing efforts for animal rescue, adoption, and sterilization.
Successfully sterilized 78+ dogs as part of our sterilization program. - Installed more than 60 dog feeders in Ghaziabad.
- Distributed over 500 reflective collars.
Mission
Our ultimate goal is to establish a safe and heavenly place in the form of Achal’s shelter home. This will help in a way where every animal can receive the equal amount of care and consideration that they deserve.
It would create a safe space for these “jeev”.
Achievements
This is achieved by:
• Providing nourishment to the animals and stray dogs.
• Creating a safe environment for them to live in.
• Providing proper medical treatment in case there is any injury or illness.
• Funding there needs timely along with required nutritional dietary charts.
• While taking them out for visits, ensuring to put reflective collars or chains to protect them as well as others safety on the streets.
• Making sure that every animal has proper sterilization.
